MAPS (Mobile Active Positioning System)
- Own technology
- It uses the GSM cellular network
- Improved regular precision Cell-ID
- It takes advantage of the 6 BTS information that the terminal sees
- Needs zone characterization
- Applicable to limited zones or fixed routes
